In recent years, there has been a significant global regulatory update in food safety to protect consumer health, enhance controls on incoming foreign products, and align regulations with technological innovations that are changing the way we produce, consume, and waste food.

This has required companies to undertake training and documentation implementation to align with the new regulations of different countries as mandated by regulatory agencies and various importers/buyers.
