OBIETTIVI E FINALITA’ DEL CORSO
Obbiettivo del corso è quello di fornire le conoscenze necessarie a ricoprire l’incarico di PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual), che ha la responsabilità di redigere ed attuare il Food Safety Plan aziendale secondo la normativa FSMA.
Il corso è svolto completamente in lingua italiana per agevolare la comprensione nonché l’approfondimento degli argomenti con l’obiettivo di trasmettere le informazioni indispensabili per comprendere la nuova normativa Federale USA e lo specifico Rule.
RIFERIMENTI LEGISLATIVI
Il corso è strutturato secondo le regole definite dal FSPCA (Food Safety Prentive Control Alliance), alleanza istituita dalla FDA in partnership con il mondo dell’Accademia, le Organizzazioni di Categoria ed Esperti del Settore Alimentare, in conformità alla nuova normativa di sicurezza alimentare statunitense chiamata Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

Ad ogni partecipante verrà consegnato (in formato cartaceo o elettronico) il “Partecipant Manual” (redatto da FSPCA) in lingua inglese, cartella e block notes, schede di esercitazione, questionario di soddisfazione.
DOCUMENTO RILASCIATO
Ogni partecipante riceverà direttamente da FSPCA, il certificato ”Certificate of Training FSPCA Preventive Controls of Human Food”. Ogni certificato corrisponderà un codice identificativo del PCQI.
